Studio Bitte will not be held liable for pricing errors and products that are out of stock or discontinued. Furhermore Studio Bitte reserves the right to change the prices without prior consent.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery in Denmark
The delivery time for your order is 1-5 business days.
Studio Bitte uses GLS for shipment of your ordered items. You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address, company address or the nearest parcelshop.
Delivery costs:
- GLS parcelshop: DKK 39,-
- Company addresses: DKK 49,- (Redelivered to parcelshop if no one is at home)
- Private addresses: DKK 70,- (Redelivered to parcelshop if no one is at home)
You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.
If there is no room for your delivery at the chosen parcelshop, your delivery will be moved to the nearest parcelshop which you will be notified about. If any problems occur please contact the shipping firm in question or contact Studio Bitte at hello@studiobitte.dk.
Shipping and delivery in other EU countries
Studio Bitte offers shipping to all EU-countries with DHL express. Your shipment is sent with delivery to your home address. Shipping prices vary and are dependent on the country you reside in.
The estimated delivery time for your order is 1-5 business days.
You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

Returns
Studio Bitte offers a 14 days full refund on posters and frames purchased on
www.studiobitte.dk unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. Custom made posters – for instance a special color or size – cannot be returned.
You must notify Studio Bitte within 14 days after delivery if you want to return your order. Studio Bitte must receive the product within 14 days after notifying of the return. The period counts from the day you receive the full order. You cannot regret your purchase by refusing to receive the order by not collecting or receiving it. The notice must be given by e-mail to hello@studiobitte.dk and it must clearly specify your wish to return the order.
The buyer is responsible for the costs of return.
Customers in Denmark: How to return posters (not frames)
- Go to our return portal through this link.
- Follow the instructions and enter your information
- Print the withdrawal form and return label (The cost of a return label is 45,50,- DKK)
- Carefully pack the poster in the original packing (please see “condition of the product you have returned” below)
- Attach the return label to the package and go to the closest GLS parcelshop. See where to find closest parcelshop here.
- When Studio Bitte has received your package Studio Bitte will return the order value subtracted any shipment costs.
- Shortly afterwards you will receive an e-mail confirmation

If you wish to return a framed poster, you can easily do so through GLS.
Remember to enclose your order number and purchase receipt. Mark the package 'return item'. Go to your nearest GLS parcelshop where you can buy a shipping label. You must pay for the shipping yourself.

Be sure to get a shipping-receipt. Keep the receipt until you have received your refund. Once I have received and approved the returned products I will refund the purchase amount to your bank account as soon as possible.

Condition of the product you have returned
You are only liable for any devaluation of the product caused by unnecessary actions used to determine the nature, abilities and functions of the product. In other words – You can inspect the products as if you were buying it from a physical store.
Posters and frames must be returned in original package: Posters must be rolled in crepe paper and sent in a cardboard tube with cardboard coverage incl. paper filling. If the cardboard coverage is omitted it will cause a handling fee from GLS of 40 DKK, which will be subtracted from the total return amount. Frames must be sent in the original protective packaging.
If the product is used in other ways as described above, Studio Bitte will consider it as used and of decreased value. This means that you will only receive a partial or no refund when returning the product depending on the value of the product. It is up to Studio Bitte to evaluate the product's condition.
If the product is damaged upon delivery, please photo-document it and contact Studio Bitte.
Refund of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, the purchase amount can be refunded. If the product is devaluated Studio Bitte will subtract the amount, you are liable for.
Studio Bitte will refund the purchase amount subtracted any delivery costs – thus only the value of the product – within 14 days from the day Studio Bitte receives your returned product.
Studio Bitte will transfer the amount by the same means of payment as the purchase was made with. In case it is not possible you will receive a voucher. It is not possible to transfer the amount to other means of payment.
Studio Bitte can withhold payment until Studio Bitte receives the product.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. Studio Bitte’s warranty applies to material and fabrication defects. The warranty won’t cover errors or damages caused by incorrect use of the product.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Studio Bitte in a reasonable time after the products have been received. Studio Bitte considers a maximum of one month as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
If the complaint is justified, Studio Bitte will refund reasonable shipping costs.

If you use your warranty, the returned products must not be sent as Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.).
Customer and privacy policy
Studio Bitte does not resell personal information and does not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in Studio Bitte’s customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Studio Bitte the following information is needed:

Studio Bitte makes the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the products to you.
The personal information is registered with Studio Bitte, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via www.studiobitte.dk, Studio Bitte ensures that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.
